Terms of use
Version 1.1, in force since October 14, 2026.
NEXTFIN TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NextFin, a digital financial education platform provided by OFERTA FÁCIL LTDA., a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under No. 64.347.474/0001-97, with registered office at Rua Teixeira Mendes, No. 153, apt. 102, Laranjeiras, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, ZIP Code 22245-090 (“NextFin,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”).
The Company operates under the NextHub brand, which encompasses different digital products and services. These Terms apply exclusively to NextFin. Other products in the NextHub ecosystem may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
By creating an account, purchasing or activating a plan, electronically accepting these Terms, or continuing to use NextFin after having had the opportunity to review them, the user represents that they have read and agree to these provisions. If the user does not agree, they must not use the platform.
1. NextFin
1.1. NextFin is a financial education platform that may provide, among other features:
a) courses, lessons, and learning paths in video, audio, text, or other formats;
b) articles, documents, digital books, e-books, and audiobooks;
c) questionnaires, quizzes, activities, and learning assessments;
d) learning progress and study history tracking;
e) completion certificates;
f) points, levels, badges, achievements, and other gamification features; and
g) additional features, content, and benefits associated with free offerings, subscriptions, promotional campaigns, or commercial partnerships.
1.2. Certain areas may be accessed without registration. Others may require the creation of an Account, an active subscription, the purchase of specific content, or access granted by a partner organization.
1.3. The features, limitations, and specific conditions of each plan, item of content, benefit, or campaign will be presented in the applicable offering. Such commercial information forms part of the agreement and will prevail with respect to price, term, trial period, scope of access, and any other specific conditions expressly disclosed.
2. Educational nature of the content
2.1. All content made available through NextFin is exclusively informational and educational in nature.
2.2. NextFin does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice; does not recommend the purchase, sale, holding, or engagement of specific investments, financial products, or financial services; does not manage funds; does not act as an intermediary in financial transactions; and does not guarantee financial, economic, or asset-related results.
2.3. The platform may personalize the educational experience and recommend courses, learning paths, articles, books, or other content based, for example, on the user’s interests, preferences, usage history, and learning progress. These recommendations are limited to organizing the educational journey and do not constitute an investment recommendation or a recommendation of any financial product.
2.4. Examples, simulations, projections, comparisons, and references to financial products are provided solely for illustrative purposes. Past performance does not guarantee future performance, and every financial decision involves risks and individual circumstances.
2.5. Before making a material financial decision, the user should verify that the information is current and, when necessary, consult a duly qualified professional.
3. Content produced with artificial intelligence
3.1. Some texts, scripts, images, audio recordings, videos, exercises, summaries, translations, or other NextFin materials may be created, adapted, or reviewed with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems, including without individual human review before publication.
3.2. Artificial intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable information for a particular situation. Users must not rely on such content as their sole source when making financial, legal, tax, or professional decisions.
3.3. The Company may correct, replace, update, or remove materials when it identifies an error, outdated information, risk, or editorial need, without prejudice to the rights afforded to users by law.
3.4. Suspected material errors may be reported by e-mail to contato@next-hub.ai.
4. Registration and Account
4.1. To use restricted features, the user must create a personal account (“Account”) and provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
4.2. Access may be confirmed through a code sent to the registered telephone number, without the use of a password. The user is responsible for maintaining control of their telephone number, device, session, and other authentication methods.
4.3. The Account is personal and may not be assigned, sold, rented, or shared. The user must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
4.4. The Company may request additional verification where there are indications of fraud, misuse, loss of the telephone number, or a risk to Account security.
4.5. The user is responsible for activities carried out through their Account until unauthorized access is reported, except where responsibility results from a failure attributable to NextFin or its service providers.
5. Eligibility and minimum age
5.1. NextFin and its features are intended exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to perform the acts governed by these Terms.
5.2. By creating an Account, the user represents that they are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 must not create or use an Account, purchase subscriptions, or access restricted areas of the platform.
5.3. The age restriction arises from the registration and service contracting conditions and does not mean that NextFin’s educational content is inherently inappropriate for children or adolescents.
5.4. To comply with applicable law and protect users, the Company may use age-range signals provided by app stores and operating systems, request proportionate confirmations, or adopt other reasonable age-assurance measures. Presentation of an identification document or use of biometric data will not be required as a rule, without prejudice to additional measures that may become necessary by law, regulation, official order, or for security purposes.
5.5. If the Company determines that an Account belongs to or is used by a person under the age of 18, it may restrict access, request remediation, or close the Account, subject to applicable rights and refunds where required by law.
6. Free content, subscriptions, and other forms of access
6.1. NextFin may offer free content and content subject to a subscription, purchase, license, invitation, sponsorship, or another method specified in the applicable offering.
6.2. Offerings may vary with respect to price, duration, recurrence, free trial, discounts, included catalog, number of accesses, benefits, and availability period. The existence of one offering does not require the Company to maintain it permanently or make it available to all users.
6.3. Access to content, features, and benefits will follow the scope, term, and other conditions of the applicable offering, which will bind the Company during the corresponding period, except in cases of force majeure, acts of God, orders from a competent authority, or supervening impossibility beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to applicable remedies and the rights afforded to the user by law.
6.4. Subscriptions may be purchased by the user directly from the Company or through app stores and payment platforms, or may be granted, funded, or sponsored by a company, employer, institution, association, or other partner (“Sponsoring Organization”). The scope, duration, and benefits of each arrangement will be governed by the applicable offering or program.
6.5. Sponsored access is a benefit whose eligibility and continuation may be established, modified, suspended, or terminated at any time by the Sponsoring Organization, according to its own criteria, regardless of whether the relationship between the Sponsoring Organization and the beneficiary continues or ends and without being required to provide reasons to the beneficiary, except where a specific duration has been expressly promised in the offering or program. NextFin may implement instructions received from the Sponsoring Organization, provided that termination of the benefit will not affect previously established permanent access rights.
6.6. Where an offering provides for automatic renewal, the subscription will renew for the agreed billing period until canceled. Cancellation must be requested through the same channel used for the purchase or through another channel expressly made available.
6.7. Cancellation will prevent future renewals and recurring charges. The user may continue to use the contracted content and benefits until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation alone does not entitle the user to a refund, chargeback, or prorated reimbursement of amounts relating to the contracted period, even if part of that period remains unused, except in the circumstances set forth in Section 6.8. Canceling a subscription does not delete the Account.
6.8. The rule in Section 6.7 does not apply to the lawful exercise of the right of withdrawal, improper charges, breach of the offering, service failures that entitle the user to reimbursement, expressly offered refund terms, or other circumstances provided by applicable law. Where a purchase is processed by a third party, the request may need to be submitted through that third party’s channel, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights.
7. Permanent Library
7.1. Certain digital books may be identified as forming part of the user’s Permanent Library as a result of a purchase, subscription, campaign, benefit, or grant made by the Company or a commercial partner. The book may be credited directly to the Account or to a beneficiary record that has not yet been activated, as provided in Section 8.
7.2. Once credited to the Permanent Library, the right to access the book will remain linked to the corresponding record and, after activation, to the user’s Account for an indefinite period, regardless of whether a subscription or sponsored benefit continues, except in the event of deletion of the Account by the user, a legal or court order, proven fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or a supervening impossibility that the Company cannot reasonably avoid.
7.3. If an item becomes permanently unavailable for a reason not attributable to the user, the Company will take the measures required by law and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, an alternative means of access, or another suitable solution.
7.4. Inclusion of a book in the Permanent Library grants a personal right of access and reading. It does not transfer any copyright, publishing right, or commercial exploitation right in the work to the user.
8. Sponsored programs, activation, and metrics
8.1. To operate a sponsored program, the Sponsoring Organization may provide NextFin with the data required to identify a beneficiary, including an individual identifier defined for the program, such as the Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry number (CPF) or a telephone number, and information concerning the content and benefits allocated to that beneficiary.
8.2. NextFin may receive such data and maintain a beneficiary record that has not yet been activated before access credentials are created. Books and other benefits may be credited to this record from the beginning of the program or upon instruction from the Sponsoring Organization, but the record will not enable access to the platform until it is duly activated.
8.3. To activate the record, the beneficiary must confirm their identity or control of the identifier used in the program, create or validate their credentials, and accept these Terms. Activation may occur through any available method, including a one-time code sent by SMS and, where the CPF is used as the initial identifier, confirmation of a telephone number associated with the beneficiary.
8.4. Once verification is complete, the record will be linked to the user’s Account, through which books validly credited before or after activation and any other benefits that remain in effect will be made available. Mere knowledge of a CPF, telephone number, or other identifier does not provide access to the record, and the Company may adopt additional verification measures in the event of discrepancies, duplicate records, suspected fraud, or security risks.
8.5. By activating sponsored access, the user acknowledges that the Sponsoring Organization may receive identified or aggregated metrics relating to use and educational outcomes achieved through the program. Depending on the applicable arrangement, these metrics may include access frequency and dates, usage time, content accessed, progress, completions, performance in activities, achievements, certificates, ratings, and other indicators directly related to use of the benefit.
8.6. The categories of information actually shared and the purposes for which they are shared will be described in the Privacy Policy, in the program presentation, or in a specific notice. Individual answers to questions or other information that goes beyond ordinary program metrics will be shared only where appropriate prior information has been provided and an applicable legal basis exists.
8.7. If the user does not wish to participate in the sharing inherent to a sponsored program, the user may choose not to activate or may cease using the benefit, without prejudice to the possibility of purchasing, where available, an independent access option.
8.8. The processing of data received before activation, the source of such information, the purposes of processing, retention periods, data sharing, and data subject rights will be described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Quizzes, progress, and gamification
9.1. NextFin may record lessons and materials started or completed, playback position, quiz results, progress, certificates, ratings, and other interactions required for the educational experience to function.
9.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, points, levels, badges, streaks, achievements, and digital rewards:
a) are exclusively recreational, motivational, or educational;
b) have no monetary value and do not constitute currency, an asset, an investment, or a credit right;
c) may not be sold, transferred, converted into money, or traded; and
d) may be subject to criteria, limits, and time periods disclosed on the platform.
9.3. The Company may correct scores, progress, achievements, or rewards granted as a result of technical error, manipulation, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
9.4. Gamification criteria may evolve over time. Changes will not be applied so as to remove, without justification, an economic benefit or vested right expressly promised in a specific offering.
10. Certificates
10.1. NextFin may issue certificates recording completion of courses, learning paths, or other activities, in accordance with the criteria displayed on the platform.
10.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates:
a) evidence only completion of the specified activity and, where applicable, its corresponding course hours;
b) do not constitute a diploma, academic degree, professional qualification, or certification recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education or a professional council; and
c) do not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation, examination approval, or financial results.
10.3. Certificates may contain a verification code and information about the user, activity, and completion date.
10.4. The Company may correct, cancel, or reissue a certificate obtained through fraud, Account sharing, progress manipulation, material error, or failure to meet completion requirements, with an opportunity for clarification where appropriate.
11. Intellectual property and license to use
11.1. The platform, its trademarks, visual identity, software, databases, interfaces, features, and content are protected by applicable law and belong to the Company or the respective rights holders that have authorized their use.
11.2. During the applicable access period, the user receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access the materials solely for personal and educational purposes.
11.3. The license does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize, except with express permission or as otherwise permitted by law:
a) copying, reproducing, recording, redistributing, publishing, selling, or commercially exploiting the materials;
b) removing authorship, trademark, license, or protection notices;
c) circumventing access controls, usage limits, or protection mechanisms;
d) systematically extracting content or data through robots, automated collection, or similar techniques;
e) using the materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or supply artificial intelligence systems without written authorization; or
f) creating a derivative work or offering a competing product based on substantial reproduction of the materials.
11.4. Third-party works, including books, may contain additional notices, limitations, or terms consistent with the license granted by the relevant rights holder.
12. User ratings and submissions
12.1. NextFin may allow users to assign scores, stars, or ratings to lessons and content. Such submissions must reflect an authentic experience and may not be manipulated or used fraudulently.
12.2. By submitting a rating, the user authorizes NextFin to use it to calculate indicators, improve the service, and display content ratings, in identified or aggregated form as indicated in the interface and Privacy Policy.
12.3. Answers to quizzes and educational activities are not published as open content and do not constitute social interaction among users, unless a future feature expressly states otherwise and presents the applicable terms.
13. Prohibited conduct
13.1. The user may not:
a) use NextFin for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or in a manner that infringes third-party rights;
b) share, commercialize, or allow third parties to use their Account;
c) attempt to access accounts, systems, code, servers, or data without authorization;
d) introduce malicious code, interfere with operation of the service, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
e) manipulate quizzes, progress, certificates, ratings, rewards, or billing mechanisms;
f) misrepresent identity, affiliation with a Sponsoring Organization, or registration information; or
g) violate the intellectual property rules established in these Terms.
14. Third-party services and content
14.1. NextFin may use or direct the user to third-party services, such as app stores, payment methods, SMS communications, hosting, media playback, and external websites.
14.2. Such third parties may apply their own terms and policies. The Company does not control independent external services, but this does not exclude any responsibility imposed on it by law.
15. Availability and changes to the platform
15.1. The Company will use reasonable efforts to keep NextFin available and secure, but interruptions may occur as a result of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party unavailability, acts of God, force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control.
15.2. Features, interfaces, and the catalog may be updated, reorganized, replaced, or discontinued to improve the service, enhance security, comply with legal requirements, or accommodate commercial needs.
15.3. Material changes will not impair vested rights or unjustifiably reduce the essential subject matter of an existing agreement. Where necessary, the Company will provide prior notice, an appropriate alternative, or the measures required by law.
16. Suspension, termination, and deletion of the Account
16.1. The user may stop using the service, cancel their subscription, or request deletion of their Account at any time. Deletion may be requested in the My Account section, where available, or by e-mail to contato@next-hub.ai, in accordance with the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
16.2. Deleting the Account is different from canceling a subscription and may result in loss of access to content, certificates, progress, history, and items linked to the Account, including items in the Permanent Library. Before confirmation, the user must be informed of the principal consequences of deletion.
16.3. The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate an Account where there is:
a) a violation of these Terms or applicable law;
b) fraud, manipulation, improper sharing, or a security risk;
c) nonpayment, exclusively with respect to the affected paid features;
d) a legal or court order or an order from a competent authority; or
e) a need to prevent harm to the user, third parties, or the platform.
16.4. Whenever circumstances permit, the user will be informed of the measure and may request clarification or review by e-mail at contato@next-hub.ai.
16.5. Suspension or termination does not authorize the Company to improperly retain amounts or eliminate permanent access rights without grounds, taking into account the seriousness of the conduct, the applicable offering terms, and applicable law.
17. Privacy and data protection
17.1. The processing of personal data in connection with NextFin is described in the Privacy Policy, which supplements these Terms and should be reviewed by the user.
17.2. Acceptance of these Terms establishes the contractual rules for use of the platform and does not, by itself, constitute general consent to any and all processing of personal data. Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, it will be requested specifically.
17.3. Requests relating to personal data may be submitted through the channels identified in the Privacy Policy.
18. Liability
18.1. Each party will be liable for the direct damages it causes through proven unlawful conduct or breach of its obligations, subject to applicable law.
18.2. The Company is not liable for:
a) financial, professional, or personal decisions made exclusively on the basis of general educational content;
b) incorrect information provided by the user;
c) use of the Account by a third party as a result of sharing, fraud by the user, or unjustified delay in reporting unauthorized access; or
d) unavailability and events attributable to third parties or beyond its reasonable control, provided they do not result from a breach of a legal duty attributable to the Company.
18.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, security duties, consumer rights, or liabilities that may not be excluded by contract.
19. Communications and changes to these Terms
19.1. The Company may send operational and contractual communications through the application, website, e-mail, SMS, or another channel associated with the Account.
19.2. These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, commercial, or functional changes.
19.3. The current version will remain available for review. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and, where required by the nature of the change or by law, renewed acceptance will be requested.
19.4. Continued use after duly communicated changes take effect will constitute agreement to the new version, except where express acceptance is required or where the user elects to stop using the service before the changes take effect.
20. General provisions
20.1. Any tolerance of a breach of an obligation does not constitute a waiver of rights or modify these Terms.
20.2. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision must be interpreted or replaced in the manner that best preserves its lawful purpose.
20.3. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a corporate transaction, reorganization, or transfer of the product, provided that user rights are preserved and any required notices are given.
21. Governing law, support, and jurisdiction
21.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
21.2. Questions, requests, and complaints may be submitted to:

21.3. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes amicably. In consumer relationships, the user retains the right to resort to consumer protection bodies and the courts, and jurisdiction will lie with the venue determined by applicable law, including the consumer’s place of residence where applicable.
